Time-line of the Georgia Bigfoot Body "discovery" and events that followed

Here's a time-line taken from many sources, some of them commenters on this blog who, unfortunately, have elected to remain anonymous. I will edit the time-line as new data becomes available.

JUNE 10: Body is allegedly discovered by Matthew Whitton and Rick Dyer. Dyer later tells Steve Kulls on the Squatch Detective Radio show that it took them a day and a half to carry it out with six men. According to their story, Whitton sat with the body overnight while Dyer went to get the help. Also according to their story, on their way out of the woods, they were followed by several other bigfoot creatures, which they managed to film.

JUNE 16: Someone registers the domain name "bigfoottracker.com"

Mid to Late JUNE: Videos begin to appear on Youtube under the name of RDYER678. In one or more of these videos, it is claimed that an associate of theirs killed the bigfoot with a 30.06. This person is not named, but described as "a felon."

JULY 3 or 4: Witton sustains gunshot wound to his hand.

Early to Mid JULY: Videos continue to be posted on Youtube. Many of these videos begin to have a derrogatory slant in regard to other bigfoot researchers.

JULY 23: Two news stories appear in local papers. Also on this day, Whitton and Dyer hold a press conference for local media, trying to drum up interest in their story.

JULY 28: Rick Dyer appears on Steve Kulls Squatch Detective Radio show. During the show, he gives a description of the body that includes a height of eight feet, eight inches, and the fact that, if you were to shave the creature and put a hat on it, you would not be able to distinguish it from a human being. During the show, Dyer says the pair would welcome only three bigfoot researchers to their location -- Steve Kulls, Tom Biscardi, and Chris Harper. Dyer says that the evidence they have will be revealed on Sept. 1.

Week of JULY 28: Steve Kulls has a conversation with Tom Biscardi about Dyer's offer.

AUGUST 1: Tom Biscardi flies to GA to meet with Witton and Dyer. He is given a DNA sample at this time, but is not shown the body.

Also on AUGUST 1: The words "for entertainment perposes(sic) only" are noticed for the first time on the site. At about this time videos begin disappearing from the Youtube site.

AUGUST 2: There is a video up on the Youtube site briefly that talks of Biscardi taking the DNA sample, but it is soon removed.

AUGUST 4: Steve Kulls announces on his show that there is a "gag order" on the bigfoot body, so that he cannot talk about it.

AUGUST 12: Cryptomundo posts press release, and Loren Coleman expresses optimism.

AUGUST 15: Biscardi, Whitton, and Dyer hold a press conference in California. The DNA results that are released are inconclusive and confusing, while the two pictures released do not show anything compelling either, although Biscardi acts as if they are the holy grail. Notably, Whitton said that Biscardi was now in possession of the body.

That's what I've got so far, but a lot is missing. For instance, what was the name of the poster of the Youtube videos? I've seen it several times, but didn't retain it. And at some point the GA boys said they would release the evidence they had on Oct 1. Then they pushed it up to Sep 1. Can anyone remember when these two dates were proposed? And can anyone think of anything obvious I've left out?
